中国驻菲律宾使馆权威发布：关于已接种新冠疫苗赴华人员申请健康码有关要求的通知

　　目前,菲律宾已开始大规模接种新冠疫苗,“春苗行动”也正有序推进。为进一步做好疫情防控,规范相关工作,自即日起,驻菲使馆对已接种疫苗所需全部针剂数量的赴华乘客申领健康码，审核标准调整如下:

　　一、如核酸、血清抗体IgM检测结果均为阴性，而抗体IgG检测结果为阳性,须将疫苗接种证书随同检测报告一并上传至“防疫健康码国际版”小程序,以便申领健康码。

　　二、如血清抗体IgM检测结果为阳性,须待转阴后方可申领健康码。

　　请广大乘客务必上传真实有效的疫苗接种证明,驻菲使馆将向疫苗接种机构核查资料真伪,对造假情况,将会同有关部门追究法律责任。

　　Notice on Health Code Application Requirements for China-bound Passengers fully vaccinated

　　As the COVID-19 vaccination programme, including "Spring Sprout" Program, has been rolled out steadily in the Philippines, starting from this date, the Chinese Embassy decides to make an adjustment to Health Code Application Requirements for China-bound Passengers, who have been fully vaccinated, as follows:

　　I. Passengers with negative nucleic and IgM antibody tests results but positive IgG antibody test result should upload to the Wechat Health Code APP photos of their vaccination certificates together with tests reports.

　　II. Passengers with positive IgM antibody test result can only apply for the health code after their IgM antibody test result turns negative.

　　All passengers should follow relative laws and regulations and provide genuine and effective vaccination certificates as well as tests reports. Any passenger who submits false certificates or information shall be punished in accordance with laws and regulations.
